On Farm Training
Farmer training at field level that is learning by doing through our technical staff, it enables farmers to learn and improve their knowledge, change their attitudes and enhance their skills toward improved farm mechanisation, while working on their own farms. Our technical team of veterinarians, agrarian and animal nutritionists help farmers to improve their knowledge, skills and practices through hands on farm trainings.
Digital Media Training
Realising the importance and usage of social media platforms, the digital media training concept has been incorporated by Dasan feeds where we are empowering farmers community through digital media by developing simple and easy audio-visual training videos. We believe that digital training tools are innovations that will enable farmers and entrepreneurs to leapfrog to increase their productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness, improve nutritional outcomes and enhance resilience to climate change.
Training through Academia
Dasan Feeds is engaging dairy professionals and expert from academia for farmer trainings to improve their efficiencies by improving milk production and minimize losses from dairy farming operations. These include, formal lectures, seminars and on farm trainings by the experts. The ultimate objective of this training is to make farms profitable and sustainable in operations.

Dasan fully recognizes that good animal welfare entails both animal’s mental and physical well-beings and is a critical factor that contributes to food safety. We are committed to continuous improvement of our operation to ensure that it is animal-friendly following the five freedoms principles. We are preaching and teaching our dairy farmers on these five freedoms. We also preach farmers about farm biosecurity practices to their farms.
We continue to invest in research and development of innovative animal feed and animal farming that are efficient, of high quality and ethical according to the Animal Welfare Principles.
